Today I start with an apology to myself!
I started off the day well, had breakfast as usual, went for coffee with friends, and didn’t have any toast etc. I then had a banana for a snack after my 11 appointment. So far so good….
…then I bought myself a pack of 6 Dairy Milk bars (the little ones), and for some reason I thought it a good idea to eat them all. To top that off when I got home from the school run I had another lolly.
So my question to myself, and anyone else who cares to answer is; should I go back to Slimming World where I am following a specific diet, do I try somewhere else, or do I go back to calorie counting?
- Cup of tea with semi-skimmed milk
- 2 x weetabix
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- Baxters Country Vegetable soup
- Microwave curry (from Lidl)
- Nann bread
- 6 x Dairy Milk Minis (95 cals each)
- Chupa Chups Lolly
- Orange club bar
Ooops (Food I ate without thinking!)
I’ve done the school run (just once today, used car for this morning), I have also walked round town a bit.
